Salmon Terrine

salmon terrine

I was absolutely delighted to be asked recently to contribute a recipe to Wayfair.co.uk, the online homewares website.  The recipe was for the inspiration section on their website and given the festive season that we are now enjoying, I made a salmon terrine made with both fresh and smoked salmon.

This is a light salmon mousse that’s full of flavour but doesn’t overwhelm the tastebuds, something I was keen to achieve as salmon is quite a strong fish.  Also suitable for a summer buffet, the recipe is easy to make and is sure to please your guests.  Click here for the recipe.

Enjoy!

Xx Paula
