Surprisingly, I really fancy something sweet! So, this weekend I’m planning on making Italian biscuits and an apricot tart from Richard Bertinet’s book, Pastry {Ebury Press}. It’s a glorious book with wonderful recipes and stunning photography. Recipes include pear bourdaloue, beautiful fruit tartlets, raspberry and pistachio tarts, natos and chourros.
