Raspberry Mascarpone Macarons
I really like the sound of macaroons. They look so pretty and delicate, so tantalising that you can only imagine how delicious they are as they crack and melt in your mouth. I’ve two books on macaroons but have failed to make even the basic recipe! Where am I going wrong?
